Rules: Aā†’01 ... Zā†’26. Letters joined with 00 separators. Spaces encoded as 27. The numeric string is turned into a BigInt with a leading sentinel 1 (to preserve any leading zeros), multiplied by the key for encryption, and divided by the key for decryption.
